Your privacy matters to us. This website was designed to collect as little information as possible.
No cookies, no trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. No profile is built and no browsing data is passed on to third parties. That is why no consent banner is needed.
Locally hosted fonts
The fonts used on this website are hosted directly on our server. Your browser therefore does not contact any outside service (such as Google Fonts) to display them, so your IP address is never passed on to a third party.
Data controller
The controller of your data is Corinne Eymauzy, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), who runs La Pension des Cabots. Her full contact details are given in the legal notice.
The information you share with us
You only share information with us when you choose to contact us, by phone, by email, or through the contact form when it is available. This may include your name, your contact details, your dog's name and characteristics, and the dates of the stay.
The registration form, which you fill in and hand to us before the first stay, contains your contact details, those of a person we can reach if needed, those of your vet, and useful information about your dog (health, personality, habits).
This information is used only to answer your request, to organise your dog's stay and to be able to respond if something unexpected happens. It is processed on the basis of the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and then of the boarding contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is never sold or used for advertising purposes, and is kept only for as long as needed to follow up your request, your stays and our legal obligations.
Who receives your data
Only La Pension des Cabots has access to your information. Our emails are received on a Gmail account, provided by Google, which may process this data outside the European Union.
Contact form
When the contact form is active, the information you enter is delivered to our inbox by the Web3Forms service, which acts as a technical sending provider. You can always email us directly if you prefer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, simply write to us at pensiondecoco@gmail.com. If you feel your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr (opens in a new tab)).
Hosting
The website is hosted on a server rented from OVH SAS, located in France, and administered on behalf of La Pension des Cabots. This server records technical logs (IP address, page requested, date and time) needed for its security and proper operation. The hosting provider's contact details are given in the legal notice.
